Emek Erdolu is currently the Architecture and Computation Fellow at Tulane School of Architecture, following his PhD at the Computational Design Laboratory (CodeLab) at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Architecture completed in 2024. Emek’s PhD research combined qualitative and computational methods to investigate the development of on-site robotic systems and how these systems reconfigure building construction work. His work has appeared in journals and collections including Construction Robotics (Springer), Designing the Computational Image (AR+D), and the International Journal of Architectural Computing (SAGE).
